Day 27: A skipped day

I just realised I skipped another day. In my haste to try and get my long tips post out, I seem to have forgotten to actually put a post there for day 26. So I will add it to this one!

(Tuesday)
Breakfast: Muesli
Lunch: Yoghurt, Left over Risotto, Apple
Dinner: Stir fry (made with little oil and from chicken. Surprisingly low on calories)
Other: Banana, Peach


(Wednesday)
Breakfast: Special K
Lunch: Yoghurt, Left over Stir Fry  (Seeing a pattern?), Apple
Dinner: Chillie!
Other: Banana, Peach
