Day 7: 1 Week

That is right, one week ago I started this challenge for myself. I must say a great deal has happened for me. I have started on a new routine, that even though it hasn't quite become the routine and will need a huge amount of work to make it so, feels like the right approach. I have gotten tips left right and centre and am planning to give many of them a try and see what works (I will post anything interesting about them here).

So, all in all a good start, even if somewhat uneventful. Thanks everyone for their support!

I will keep it short today, as nothing much has happened!

Breakfast: Crunchy Nut Clusters
Lunch: Salami and cheese sami
Dinner: 2 bangers and mash and salad (normally 3 bangers and loads of mash, but today just a little of each!)
Other: Cup of Soup

  1. Way to go!!! One week done, wasn't too bad? Now try to be a tiny bit stingier with the food a night. Should see a result at the end of the week.
Eat lots of veggies. stir fried in as little oil as possible. Make them real spicy, think garlic, curry, aromat etc. No fat, eg butter etc. You'll be surprised how nice veggies can taste if you just spice them right. You can add a little plain yogurt to make a spicy sauce. (Should be good for digestion as well)Eat with a little brown rice for a filling and satisfying evening meal without lots of calories. Oh, and cut them bite size. That way you trick your mind and body because you chew, giving you a more satisfying feeling. Give it a try, let me know what you think.
    Lovies to both of you
