Day 25: Let the pain commence

Every Tuesday I am in pain again. Football really takes it out of me. I am however getting better (as in I am good enough to play on the England Squad ;)) and I get knackered out less.

Bar the football there is not much to report. I am working on a post called something like "Top 5 tips that have helped me lose weight so far". I will post this shortly and hence, leave this to be a short post!

Breakfast: Muesli
Lunch: Yoghurt, Ham and Tomato Sandwich (Wholegrain)
Dinner: Vegetable Risotto
Other: Yoghurt and Banana, Apple, Peach, Orange
