Well the first day is over. Only a slight change in weight, but I decided I will only update the stats once it is more than a kg.
So far so good, I didn't eat any more than I needed too, even though my helping for dinner was probably much larger than it really needed to be. I think it was quite healthyish.
Also went to the gym as planned with Simon (my gym buddy and motivator). Did the usual CrossTrainer-Stretch-Row-Weights-CrossTrainer routine we seem to have been doing. I did however ask to see a trainer at the gym to work out a programme for myself. It is Saturday 11 am. Someone remind me.
Other than that, a normal real busy day at work.
Breakfast: Large bowl of Crunchy Clusters
Lunch: Cup of soup with Riveta crackers (5 of them)
Dinner: Large (sadly) plate of home-made stir-fry with Chinese egg noodles ( I need to check how good these are for you, they sure taste nice)
Other: Yoghurt, Banana, smallish block of cheese (I was hungry ok?)
Thats about it,
Pierre
Here is a tip to kick start your metabolism in the morning: drink at least 500ml water within the first 30 minutes after getting up and eat your breakfast within the first hour.
ReplyDeleteThanks mate, I will try. I find it hard thought to eat anything within the first 3 hours of being up, but hey if it helps :)
