Weigh Day 3: Progress and sticking to the plan

Hey!

Sorry it has been a few days since my last post, but more to that in a little.

Firstly, lets address the "Weigh Day". I must admit, going for nearly 3 weeks and I already feel better and that is a large chunk of the motivation. It is kind of like an engine. It takes work to get it going, but once it goes it starts getting easier. Well mostly, admittedly the gym side of things, especially the cardio, has been harder, but that is more due to me forgetting my headphones and getting bored.

But that all aside, have I lost any weight?
The answer is YES! I have gone down to 133kg. That's another 2 kg. I know its not a huge amount, but better than nothing and at least its no gain. At this rate, I will make my target quite comfortable and might actually pull the target date a little closer. Will have to think about that.

Now, regarding me not posting. Well the truth is that I have been quite busy in the evening and plainly forgot or wasn't motivated to switch on my PC before going to bed and writing something on the blog, mainly cause I felt a lack of subject matter and frankly couldn't think of anything to write. I felt like I was just updating on my boring life with no real value to anyone. I was going to suggest that I only update the blog once a week regarding my weight and then only post something if it is worth telling you guys.

Then I started to think however. What is worth telling you? And what has helped me the most, so far, with this diet. And frankly, the idea that some of you read this and see what I have eaten, whether I have done my work outs and been healthy, is what has made me think twice every time I think of straying of the track. This motivates me not to do it, as it would be too embarrassing to let you guys know, but I would have to as I am honest (some say stubborn) that way. So, I will update the blog daily, even if it is just to update you guys with what I have eaten and done exercise wise. I will try and add some humour to it, to keep you all interested.

Also, I am about to put up a first recipe that I think is worth sharing! I am hoping to put up more as I go along. Maybe that will attract more people to this blog, which in turn will keep me even more on my toes. I might even do one of those cooking videos in the near furture. Just an idea I am toying with.

Anyway, enough for this post, it is already long and now I need to proof read it (Thank god I did that)!
