Day 11: The gym strikes back!

Well, as the topic suggests, the gym was the hardest by far. I don't know if I am coming down with a flu or because I played football on Monday and was still knackered from that, but it was TOUGH!

Other than that, I had a healthy lunch and  dinner, so feel better for having the roast dinner. And yes, I know i can't just stop eating everything I like and I am not planning on.

Sadly, I have nothing else to tell you. Very uneventful day. Today should be better. Trying to plan when we are going to SA, as my mom and gran are nagging me to give them dates. And obviously work is busy as usual. Most important however is that Bafana Bafana is playing to night and must win. Actually I think they will win. Everyone should fly their SA flags high! COMON BOYS! YOU CAN DO IT!
